It's a fitness and nutrition plan to be used in a commercial gym environment.​
The program lasts 100 days with 3,4 or 5 gym sessions programmed per week.
A nutrition support plan is created which includes calories needed for your specific goal, macros and 7 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snack ideas.

How to Track Your Food Intake?
The Everfit App we use on The 100 Day Method connects to other supporting apps and technology.

You will need to use My Fitness Pal to track your food.
​This app can track all food intake by scanning barcodes on products.
​
It then will communicate with the Everfit App to and show where you are up to relative to your calorie and macro target.
​
Your account on MFP then links to the Everfit App which has all your training in.

MY STORY: WHY I CREATED THE 100 DAY METHOD!!!
2016 I was in a bad place with my weight and food. I decided I needed to make a change and focused on eating less while going to a local commercial gym. GUESS WHAT HAPPENED?

The pictures on the left are 6 months apart and were honestly some of the hardest kilograms I've ever lost. This was all down to lack of knowledge. I've trained for years now and I'm in excellent shape but the start was so difficult. So I designed this 100 day program to help people make progress faster and learn about how to tackle nutrition properly. Let's explore what I have designed in hopes of making a positive impact on people.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Step1: Download the Everfit App
Step 2: Complete our intake form so we can get you all set up. Do this by clicking on GET STARTED on one of the paths below Basic, Intermediate or Advanced​
Step 3: You will be set up as a client on Everfit and an e-mail will be sent for you to accept
Step 4: A payment link will be sent to you to pay for your 100 Day Method program
Step 5: Your program will start from the date you chose on the intake form (A Monday)

Step 6: Download the my fitness pal app
​​
Step 7: A welcome letter will be e-mailed to you. This will have critical set up information for my fitness pal integration with Everfit. Also a list of the habits we are going to put in place, how to take progress photos and body measurements. You will be reminded of all habits on the Everfit app each day they are required.

THE £100 IS A ONE OFF PAYMENT NOT A SUBSCRIPTION
Basic: This program includes simple body weight movements and requires dumbbells, Kettle Bells, Barbell, regular gym resistance machines and use of a smith machine
Intermediate: You will need to be able to conventional deadlift and have all the items mentioned in the Basic program
Advanced: Additionally to the intermediate program you will need to be able to back squat not in a smith machine. A rower will be needed
